This rehearsal video is shorter than usual so you can get the feel without spending much time watching. We usually add slow- and fast-motion effects to add to the fun.

If your connection does not allow smooth play, fear not. Videos play fine on most computers, once the video is downloaded. Higher quality DVD versions are available.
