In 2016, the RelPro platform was launched. Our lead generation software is a one-stop solution to help business development & relationship management professionals establish and develop executive-level relationships efficiently and systematically – by leveraging data integration and analytics.

Martin’s vision for RelPro came from his more than thirty years of experience in the financial and professional services sectors. He took direct insights from his client and relationship development experiences, and sought best-in-class data partners to create an easy, effective one-stop platform for finding and converting quality leads.

Leadership

Martin Wise

CEO, Founder

Martin brings diverse and proven experience in managing global relationships at the most senior levels, and applying technology and data analytics to client relationship management to achieve powerful and monetizable results. He is recognized as a strategic and innovative leader, and has led RelPro’s client-driven evolution from its early days as a consulting firm to the SaaS product and Data Analytics business that it is today.

During a 20 year career with Merrill Lynch he managed strategically critical relationships with clients, investors and C-Suite executives.

Martin earned an MBA from London Business School and a B.Sc. from the University of Southampton. He enjoys cycling (on and off-road), golf and tennis.

Raaj Rajmangal

President

Raaj Rajmangal is the President at RelPro. Raaj brings experience in Software Development and Information Technology.

Prior to RelPro, Raaj was a Software Developer at NYU Langone Medical Center/ Bellvue Hospital (NYC PCC) where he managed the design and development of an iOS application for the iPad. He also was an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the MicroParticle PhotoPhysics Laboratory (MP3L) at The Polytechnic Institute of NYU where he applied for two U.S. patents and the American Institute of Physics published two of his articles. His experience at MP3L included circuit design, mechanical design and software development.

Raaj has a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Polytechnic Institute of NYU.

Lance Rosenthal

EVP, Business Development

Lance Rosenthal is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at RelPro. Lance brings experience in Finance, Consulting and Client Management.

Prior to RelPro, Lance worked at Elite Group where he managed multiple accounts where he assisted on various tasks from shipping to operations to accounting/finance. He also worked as a Consulting and Special Project Intern at International Management Group (IMG); where he assisted in market research, contract evaluation and project management.

Lance is a MBA Graduate from The Graham Business School, York College of Pennsylvania.

Lauren Meyers

Chief Customer Officer

Lauren Meyers is the Chief Customer Officer at RelPro. She has spent many years advising clients in financial and professional services on how to best leverage RelPro for their business development and marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining RelPro, Lauren started her career at Ernst & Young working as a consultant to banks throughout the origination process of commercial mortgage backed securities transactions. Lauren then went on to work at Axial, a business development platform focused on mergers and acquisitions in the lower middle market. While at Axial, Lauren worked with boutique investment banks and private equity firms to help them leverage the Axial network to develop their business development strategies.

Lauren received a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University.

Steven Garcia

VP, Engineering

Steven Garcia is the Vice President of Engineering at RelPro. Steven has experience with web development, databases, UI and UX Design. Steven is a self taught programmer and continues to learn to push his limits. He has managed large teams and together built high-performance and high-availability platforms.

Prior to RelPro, Steven held a Full Stack Developer position at Marketing 2 Marketers and content manager position at GoGoTech, a E-commerce website similar to amazon. At this position he led a team of 15 members to develop and build apps that are still in use today.

Steven graduated Magna Cum Laude from Monroe College with a (B.B.A) in Information Technology.

Andrew Miller

VP, Customer Success

Andrew Miller is the Vice President of Customer Success at RelPro. Andrew brings experience in Client Management, Customer Service, and Marketing.

Prior to joining RelPro, Andrew interned at Scranton’s Small Business Development Center where he focused on delivering products to clients and identifying strategies to help develop new contacts and leads. Andrew also worked as an advisor for a mobile app where he would assist with customer onboarding and help clients integrate the app into their daily workflow.

Andrew received a Bachelors of Arts in Communications from the University of Scranton.

Shivan Persad

VP, Product & Marketing

Shivan is the Vice President of Product & Marketing at RelPro. Shivan brings experience in product development teaching and training, customer experience, and relationship management.

Prior to RelPro Shivan worked for Starbucks Coffee Company where he held a multitude of different roles, from store manager to various assignments. Most recently Shivan helped bring the Starbucks bar concept to life in their Princi bakeries and Starbucks Reserve Roastery.

Shivan graduated from St. John’s University with a BA in Psychology and English.

Allison Fitzpatrick

VP, Operations & Finance

Allison is the Vice President of Operations & Finance at RelPro. Allison ensures business processes promote best-in-class service delivery and the company’s strategic objectives across functional areas.

Allison brings a breadth of career experience to her role at RelPro which includes internal and external client facing roles in financial services, strategic communications, operations and project management. Most recently, she was a Senior Project Manager an environmental and occupational health and safety consultancy, leading teams in client projects designed to improve company operations by reducing costs, risks and hazards. Previously, she spent ten years at Tiller, LLC, a strategic communications consultancy, managing financial, human resources and operations functions.

Allison received an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business, and a BA in Political Science from Colgate University.

Mahesh Sahore

Chief Technology Officer

Mahesh Sahore is the Chief Technology Officer at RelPro. Mahesh brings more than 25 years of broad and progressive international experience leading development of cost-effective, cutting-edge technology solutions to meet business-critical strategic challenges.

Prior to joining RelPro, he held CTO positions at Coleridge Initiative and National Holdings Corporation respectively, managing cloud-based services and implementing a cybersecurity program. Prior to that, Mahesh spent fourteen years at Moody's Investor Service in various technology leadership roles, managing transformational initiatives, leading operational excellence, and building high performance teams.

Mahesh holds a master’s degree in Enterprise Architecture from Penn State University and an MBA from Rider University. He enjoys cycling, reading, and traveling.

Sara Allen

Chief Growth Officer

Sara Allen is the Chief Growth Officer at RelPro. Sara brings experience in Sales Leadership with a focus on generating new business.

Sara has over 10 years of experience in financial services, most recently at a startup fintech, Rho. The majority of that time was spent at American Express as Regional Director of Sales Performance where she took company initiatives and turned those into regional sales strategies. She was responsible for coaching, training, executing value-based solution selling techniques and further developing a culture of consultative sales in a highly regulated industry.

Sara helped implement RelPro to the Small, Medium, Enterprise Sales team at American Express. Sara is a dynamic, energetic, proactive team player who can simultaneously partner with executive leadership and work hands-on alongside our front-line team.

Yefim Plutov

Senior Software Engineer

Yefim Plutov is Senior Software Engineer. With over twenty five years of experience in Information Technologies and Financial Services Industries Yefim brings extensive software development, information technology and data management expertise to RelPro.

Prior to RelPro, Yefim held senior software developer position at Fidelity National Information Services Inc. During this time, Yefim was responsible for developing Regulatory Compliance solutions for the AML, BSA, OFAC Legislation, Customer Due Diligence, ID Verification, FinCEN and Legal reporting.

Yefim also held various positions related to software development in areas of Imaging and Document Management, Travel Management, Shipment tracking, Logistics and Computer Engineering Analysis.

Yefim is a graduate of State University of Informatics and Electronics. Minsk, Belarus

Reah Rajmangal

Product Manager

Reah Rajmangal is a Product Manager at RelPro. Reah brings experience in web development, object-oriented programming, and mobile and web user interface design.

At RelPro, Reah combines the fields of engineering and design to optimize user experience and provide innovative solutions. During her previous internships at RelPro, Reah established front-end quality assurance testing for the company’s product and helped build the backbone of RelPro’s Chrome Extension. Reah also held an internship as a Summer Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she contributed to a large-scale project focused on the firm’s technology resistance and disaster recovery.

Reah received a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from New York University, Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences.

Chris Keneally

Senior Account Executive

Chris Keneally is a RelPro Senior Account Executive. Chris brings extensive knowledge selling to Financial Services, Professional Services, and Insurance.

Prior to RelPro, Chris worked with several start-up SaaS companies, most notably, LinkedIn. This is where Chris “cut” his teeth in the SaaS world. Working with companies in the FINSERV sector, he was able to penetrate and collaborate with C-Suite buyers looking to expand their business development departments. Since working at LinkedIn, Chris has worked with two other SaaS providers and has established himself as an asset to his firms as well as his clients. Solving problems with technology for clients is his passion.

Chris received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Rhode Island.

Alpha Martinez

Software Engineer

Alpha is a Junior Software Engineer at RelPro. Alpha brings experience in customer service, research, leadership and critical thinking.

Alpha began her journey with RelPro as an Intern while completing General Assembly’s Software Development course.

Prior to RelPro, Alpha was a field researcher at Playlab NYU, where she helped examine and maintain data sets in order to gain insights on the impact government home intervention programs had on children over a 5-year time frame. This grew her interest in pursuing a career in data analytics and eventually became a data analytics apprentice at COOP.

Alpha graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology.

Jason Wilson

Senior Software Engineer

Jason is Senior Software Engineer with over twenty years of experience in software development. His career has spanned web, wireless telecom, and defense industries.

Prior to joining RelPro, Jason held a Full Stack Developer position at innRoad, creators of a platform for hotel property management, and a Backend Developer position at WorkStride, providers of an employee recognition and incentivization platform. His responsibilities branched into DevOps projects, where he led an effort to deploy additional QA environments to scale with rising testing demands. As well, He has spent several years developing software for embedded systems, including radar, cellular networks, and surveillance systems.

Jason holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Polytechnic Institute of NYU.

Eric Baum

Customer Success Manager

Eric Baum is a Customer Success Manager. Eric brings experience in Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Services.

Prior to joining RelPro, Eric worked as a Salesforce Recruitment Consultant where he specialized in business development, and sourcing quality candidates for clients across several industries. Eric also consulted clients on best practices relating to Salesforce implementations, as well as other B2B Enterprise Softwares.

Eric received a Bachelors of Science in Politics from Miami University of Ohio.

James Gwatkin

Senior Account Executive

James Gwatkin is a Senior Account Executive at RelPro.

Before joining RelPro Jamie was at JPMorgan Chase for over 17 years. He had several roles both in the consumer and business bank. This included consumer lending, business lending, treasury services, commercial banking, and business development.

His experience ranged from managing a book of business with over $40MM in deposits, to building new relationships, and providing financial advice to business clients with a focus on client experience, risk management, cash flow and treasury solutions. For the past 5 years he was a part of the business development group in the commercial bank. Prospecting middle-market companies with a focus on the $20-500MM range, and was part of a special project working with multiple lines of business as we opened up the Healthcare Services vertical.

Jennifer Mignarri

Customer Success Manager

Jennifer Mignarri is a Customer Success Manager. Jennifer brings experience in Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management.

Prior to joining RelPro, Jennifer worked as a Salesforce Recruitment Consultant where she specialized in business development, and sourcing quality candidates for clients across several industries. Jennifer also consulted clients on best practices relating to Salesforce implementations and integrations. Prior to Jennifer working within the recruitment industry, she was involved in the marketing and production of large scale global conferences during her time working for Quality Event Management.

Jennifer received a Bachelors of the Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island.

James Lebowitz

Account Manager

James Lebowitz is an Account Manager. James brings experience in customer service, business, and sales.

Prior to joining RelPro, James was a fundraiser on behalf of the Ruffalo Noel Levitz foundation where he engaged with alumni and the greater University of Colorado community to share new opportunities and raise financial support.

James received a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Emily Marinaro

Junior Software Engineer

Emily Marinaro is a Junior Software Engineer. Emily brings experience in leadership, customer service, and relationship building.

Prior to RelPro, Emily was a freelance full-stack developer working on web applications for various clients. In addition, she held a Sr. Tutor and TA role with UCLA’s Extension bootcamp program, where she helped teach full-stack development students.

Emily has also held various positions in recruiting prior to moving her career into the software engineering field. Emily received a Bachelors of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan.

Jewels Gutowski

Sales Operations Associate

Jewels Gutowski is a Sales Operations Associate. Jewels brings experience in Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management, and Salesforce. Jewels is a certified Salesforce Sales Operations Professional through Coursera.

Prior to joining RelPro, Jewels worked as an Administrative Assistant at Stonegate Brokerage, LLC and RE/Max Achievers. Jewels is also a licensed Life Insurance Producer and Real Estate Sales Associate in New Jersey.

Jewels received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana University.

Natasha Koller

UX Engineer

Natasha is a UX engineer. Natasha brings experience in linguistics, teaching, communication, art, graphic design, web development, and both UI/UX design.

Prior to RelPro, Natasha created logos, invitations, art, digital marketing, etc. for her own company while studying programming. She has attended and won hackathon challenges, one of which was for Microsoft. In her free time she paints and learns new languages. Having a passion for learning, she continues to push herself to the limits by learning new skills daily. At RelPro she uses both her design and programming skills to enhance the customer experience and offer high-quality solutions.

Natasha received a BA in Anthropology from the University of South Florida, a Master's in International Education from the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, and attended Flatiron School for Software Engineering

Keith Arsenault

Marketing Manager

Keith is a Marketing Manager at Relpro. Keith brings experience in financial services and financial technology including content creation, marketing, sales and customer service.

Prior to Relpro Keith was the content writer at Maxwell Financial Labs, writing thought leadership pieces in the mortgage technology industry. He previously held a supervisory position at Connecticut Online Computer Center, leading the marketing initiative for the core banking solution provider in support of community banks and credit unions. He also spent more than four years in retail banking as a Financial Service Representative and Assistant Manager at TD Bank.

Keith graduated from University of Hartford with a BA in Communication with a journalism concentration.

Kate Frandy

Customer Success Associate

Kate Frandy is a Customer Success Associate. Kate brings experience in Sales, Client Management, and Business Development.

Prior to joining RelPro, Kate worked in business development in the Real Estate market where she had proven success in fostering collaborative partnerships with senior management, colleagues, and key accounts to realize strategic business goals. From there she moved to the financial services sector where she worked as an Account Manager maintaining business relationships with key clients to ensure maximum customer retention.

Kate received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware.

Aydin Huseynov

QA Manager

Aydin is a QA Manager with over 11 years of experience in software testing. His career spanned e-commerce, logistics, healthcare, advertising, and finance industries.

Before joining RelPro, Aydin led a team of 6 QA Engineers in the healthcare domain, who built up the QA Automation process to deliver high-quality products to the customers. During the product release, he worked with DevOps and cross-functional teams to ensure the process went smoothly and the code was successfully deployed to production. Aydin has a strong knowledge of Agile Development and is a Certified Agile Automation Engineer.

Aydin holds a BA degree in Business Administration and MS in Software Engineering from Depaul University. He enjoys music and travel.

John Cooper

Customer Success Analyst

John Cooper is a RelPro Customer Success Analyst. John brings a background in Customer Service and Sales in the auto FinTech space.

Prior to joining RelPro, worked as a Loan Officer at Caribou, underwriting and refinancing auto loans.

John studied business at the University of Maine.

Sharmarke Mohamed is a QA Engineer at RelPro.

Sharmarke is a seasoned QA engineer with 5 years of experience in the banking, mobile ticketing, and IoT industries. Sharmarke holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and is known for his collaborative approach and proactive problem-solving skills.

Chinmay Gangal

Senior Software Engineer

Chinmay is a Senior Software Engineer experienced in Full Stack Software Development.

Prior to RelPro, he worked at Morgan Stanley where he built visualizations to aid in banking and investment compliance regulation. His expertise involved developing ways to smoothen the company's audit process by getting the right information to the verification team from the compliance data, and streamlining the process by developing web servers to automate the job.

Chinmay received a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Zach Gutowski

Customer Success Analyst

Zach Gutowski is a Customer Success Analyst. Zach brings experience in Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Services.

Prior to joining RelPro, Zach worked as an Independent Life Insurance Producer, identifying client insurance needs and forging lasting relationships. Zach also has experience as a self-employed Bookkeeper and Manager of his own rental car company.

Zach received his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Rosemary Hopkins

Account Executive

Rosemary Hopkins is an Account Executive with RelPro. Rosemary is an agile Business-to-Business (B2B) SaaS consultant with over two decades of experience. Rosemary is naturally collaborative and relationship-focused on solving complex business matters.

Prior to her time at RelPro, Rosemary has crafted her skills in the Finance and SaaS worlds working for the likes of Enterprise Mobility (formerly Enterprise Holdings), American Express, and HRS (Hotel Reservations Services).

Rosemary has an MBA with a 4.0 from the prestigious LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business and received her undergraduate BBA from Texas State University. She is a loving wife and devoted mother of three.

Viswanath Kodukula

Data Scientist

Viswanath Kodukula is a Data Scientist at RelPro.

Viswanath brings over 20 years of progressive technical and leadership experience in data science, generative AI, machine learning, data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, data integration, data architecture, and management. He has held diverse roles in technology, team, and project management.

Prior to joining RelPro, Viswanath worked for Verizon as a Lead Data Scientist at Tata Consultancy Services. In this role, he built data science applications using generative AI and machine learning to address business needs.

Before that, Viswanath spent over 12 years at Marriott and Interval International, where he served as a Senior BI and Data Engineer. In this capacity, he skillfully integrated disparate data sources to engineer features that enhanced business decision-making. He also developed BI architectures while working on multi-disciplinary projects closely aligned with corporate goals, optimizing performance across various departments.

Viswanath holds two master's degrees in computer science from Andhra University and Periyar University. Additionally, he has earned two post-graduate degrees in data science and AI/ML from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Sondra Vidal

Account Executive

Sondra Vidal is an Account Executive with RelPro. With over 15 years in B2B and corporate sales, she is passionate about fostering collaboration and community engagement. In addition to contributing her expertise to RelPro, she also serves on the board of three nonprofits — Hope Rises News, Trusted Gives and Power of the Pack.

Sondra brings a proven track record of leadership from her time at American Express, where she received several prestigious awards, including Leadership Award 2020, Circle of Excellence, and Chairman's Award. She holds a Certificate of Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business Publishing and a BA in Psychology from Hilbert College.

She enjoys outdoor activities and quality time with her husband and kids, focusing on fitness and well-being through weight training and running.

Tricia Michalowski

Account Executive

Tricia Michalowski is an Account Executive with RelPro. Tricia has over 20 years of diverse sales and leadership experience with expertise in building strong client relationships and driving business growth.

Prior to joining RelPro, Tricia was with Oracle NetSuite, where she led a team of successful SDRs in the SaaS industry for the last 2 years. She previously worked for Philips Healthcare as a Sales and Marketing Manager where she managed a team of Inside Sales Representatives for 4 years and spent 14 years in the staffing industry.

Tricia lives outside of Nashville, TN and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
