This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Relcapp and RelPro collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users (“Users”) of the relcapp.com, relpro.com, app.relpro.com, m.relpro.com and relpro.app websites and sub-domains (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Relcapp and RelPro. The intention of the Sites is to provide employment and professional information about the Third-Parties to Users. We do not and cannot make any representation or warranty that communications from Users to the Third-Parties will be relevant to Third-Party or User profession or employment role.

Personal Information We Collect

How Your Personal Information Is Collected

We collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for information, as appropriate, such as name, email address, phone number. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. For Users and Third-Parties who are located in the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland, from May 25th, 2018, all processing of such Users’ personal data by RelPro will be performed in accordance with privacy rights and regulations following the Regulations (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament, the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK General Data Protection Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, known collectively as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Who We Share Your Personal Information With

We have sold, shared or disclosed information, including during the preceding 12 months about Third-Parties with Users, with affiliates, service providers, legal advisors, and our clients who purchase our products and services. Categories of personal information we sold, shared or disclosed about Third-Parties including in the preceding 12 months, includes, name, email address, job title and department, phone number, company name, postal address of company and business-related postal address of the person, employment history, and education history, articles by, about, or quoting the Third-Parties, and links to their social media profiles.

We will share and transfer personal information about Users and Third-Parties with any successor entity in case of any corporate reorganization, restructuring, sale of all or substantially all assets, merger, acquisition, change of control.

How We Protect Your Information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information and data stored on our Site.

Government and Law Enforcement Requests

We may be required to disclose personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. In such cases, we will:

Compliance With Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Right to Correct, Delete, Opt-Out

Users, Third-Parties and their authorized representatives have the right to submit a free of charge request to:
